Shadow Beat tells a school youth story depicting the moment when "class fifth-tier" boys and girls who were holding their breath in the corner of the classroom transform through HipHop, singing about the darkness in their hearts with emotional rap over chill Lo-Fi beats, alongside the after-school sunset.
The project is a music anime series that expands across various media including YouTube and comics.
Producing one track per month linked to the story, the series features a lineup of legendary HipHop artists to up-and-coming next-generation stars.

The second track "Teen spirits" is a song depicting the inner world of a teenage girl who struggles to build true friendships, set against the backdrop of Shadow Beat's world of "emotions of teens who remain in the shadows."
