Shangri-La Tokyo (located in Marunouchi, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; General Manager: Matthias Sutter), known for welcoming guests with thoughtful hospitality, will launch a new lunch promotion called "Western-Style Lunch" at The Lobby Lounge on the 28th floor starting February 1st (Sunday). This promotion presents classic Western dishes refined with a modern touch and elevated quality. Guests can enjoy nostalgic yet sophisticated cuisine made with carefully selected Japanese ingredients in a luxurious setting.

The "Hamburg Steak" features premium Japanese Kuroge Wagyu beef, with aromatic demiglace sauce that enhances the flavor of the meat. The "Omelette Rice" wrapped in fluffy Hayama eggs creates an exquisite harmony with Daisen chicken and rich sauce. The "Spaghetti Napolitan," combining nostalgia with quality, is accented with Nanshu Farm's Kurobuta pork ham and Parmesan cheese. The "Macaroni Gratin" uses plump small shrimp, finished with a rich cream sauce infused with the umami of onions and mushrooms.

Additionally, the menu includes heartwarming dishes such as "Beef Cutlet Curry" featuring crispy beef cutlet paired with special roux flavored with red wine, and "Onion Gratin Soup" with the rich flavor of Gruyère cheese.
