The "Shiraishi" brand has grown through operating multiple dining formats in and around Ginza, including ramen, yakiniku, and Japanese cuisine. After weathering the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic with the support of crowdfunding and loyal customers, the brand expanded into diverse formats.
