A new urban hotel, SHIFT HOTEL Shibuya Jinnan, is set to open in July 2026, located just a 3-minute walk from Shibuya Station in Tokyo's Jinnan neighborhood. The property is operated by SQUEEZE Inc. in collaboration with RealGate Inc., combining the revitalization of an aged building with efficient hotel operations.

About SHIFT HOTEL Shibuya Jinnan

SHIFT HOTEL Shibuya Jinnan is the second location in the SHIFT HOTEL series, following SHIFT HOTEL SHIBUYA HATAGAYA which opened in January 2026. The hotel is situated within JINNAN VALLEY — a mixed-use complex created by renovating a 50-year-old building in Shibuya's Jinnan district. The complex integrates shops, offices, and a hotel under one roof, offering a stay experience that connects seamlessly with the surrounding city.

Guest rooms are spacious enough to accommodate families and groups, with every room equipped with a kitchen and washing machine. The setup is suited to both short-term and extended stays for tourism or business, allowing guests to bring the comforts of everyday living with them.

The interior design was created by LINE-INC., drawing inspiration from 1970s–80s New York and Brooklyn. The aesthetic blends the texture of the vintage building with the cultural character of Jinnan, and features original artwork by street artist Aruta Soup displayed throughout the property. The hotel reflects the diverse and free-spirited energy that defines the Jinnan neighborhood.

To help guests explore the Jinnan area, each guest will receive an original-design backpack inspired by the hotel's concept, along with a Pake — an item designed for both functionality and style. With these in hand, guests are encouraged to step out and experience the culture of Jinnan firsthand.
