Mixology Station Hakurai Bar in Shimbashi has started a lunch service under the name "Shimbashi Curry Hakurai" (新橋咖喱舶来) from March 5, 2026. The menu brings together curry dishes rooted in Indian tradition, refined with Japanese culinary sensibility for a lunch experience that goes beyond the ordinary.

This dish uses Wagyu beef shin to concentrate umami, with the natural sweetness of fat balanced by a blend of spices. Seven spices are used alongside white miso and sansho pepper, weaving in subtle Japanese flavors. The name "Royal" reflects the intent to deliver a curry worthy of that title.
A Golden, Silky Butter Curry

An Indian-born butter curry finished with golden-hued butter by Japanese artisans. Japanese sake serves as the source of sweetness hidden within, contributing to the dish's deep richness and smooth texture. A classic flavor reimagined with a modern Tokyo sensibility.

Shaken Iced Coffee
Made with single-origin specialty coffee, cold brewed over 12 hours to draw out the bean's natural sweetness and clarity. Shaking before serving incorporates air for a smooth, creamy finish — the same care as a nighttime bar, now brought to the lunch hour. Both curry dishes are available as a set with this drink.
