A new French restaurant, Jardin des Sens Tokyo, opens in the Marunouchi Building on October 30, 2026, taking over the space long run by Sens & Saveurs in Tokyo's Marunouchi district. Reservations open today, September 1.
Sens & Saveurs, operated by Hiramatsu Inc., has served Marunouchi for more than 20 years since opening in 2002. With this renewal, the restaurant enters a new chapter under the name Jardin des Sens Tokyo, named for the Pourcel brothers' flagship restaurant of the same name in Montpellier, France, and continuing the evolution of Pourcel cuisine in Tokyo.
A New Chapter Named for Montpellier's Jardin des Sens
On October 30, 2026, Sens & Saveurs becomes Jardin des Sens Tokyo, marking a new chapter for the restaurant.
Taking the name of the Montpellier flagship, the renewal carries forward the philosophy that Jacques and Laurent Pourcel have built over the years, bringing cuisine, space, and service together to express the world of the Montpellier original more clearly.
The menu draws on Japan's seasons and ingredients along with the sensibility of Tokyo, while the interior is designed by Christian Collot, who also designed the Montpellier restaurant, for a gastronomic experience that engages all five senses.
The renewal carries a simple message: from Montpellier to Tokyo, a new journey begins this October.
