Spring marks new beginnings with celebrations of graduations and school entrances, bringing many opportunities for new encounters. This season parfait celebrates the arrival of spring and new starts, featuring an elegant cherry blossom design.

The parfait glass features layers of lemon jelly with griotte cherries and strawberries, mascarpone cream, sakura white bean cream, crunchy crumbles, and fresh strawberries. On top sits sakura ice cream adorned with falling cherry blossom petals, crowned with sweet and tangy raspberry sorbet, cherry blossom-shaped cookies, candy decorations, and sakura meringue around the glass. The design captures the graceful beauty of cherry blossoms blooming in the pleasant spring season. Guests can enhance the flavors by adding sakura syrup with floating cherry blossom petals.
