Brasserie RÉGINE on the 2nd floor of The St. Regis Osaka will host a new promotion called "Bread & Flavor by Nespresso" from Saturday, May 2 to Sunday, June 21, 2026. Inspired by the free-flowing spirit of a Parisian brasserie, the event invites guests to explore a varied selection of croissants, savory breads, Nespresso coffee-based sweets, and an array of original drinks — all in an open, unhurried atmosphere.
Bakery Selection: An Array of Croissants
The centerpiece of the promotion is a range of croissants, each crafted to highlight a different ingredient, texture, or technique. The Bavarian Croissant pairs classic buttery richness with rock salt, while the Chocolate Croissant is dressed with smooth ganache. A Matcha Croissant, made using domestic matcha and a white ganache filling, rounds out the core trio.

The lineup also includes more visually distinctive pieces: a Bicolor Croissant in a striking strawberry-and-white color scheme, and Smash-type Croissants layered with couverture chocolate and assorted nuts. Alongside these, donuts dressed in Brasserie RÉGINE's signature red-and-white palette and three seasonal Danish pastries — blueberry, dark cherry, and white peach — fill out the sweeter side of the spread. A Pain aux Raisins is also featured.
Savory Breads
The savory bread section brings more substantial options to the table. A Bacon and Cheese Tartine, a Margherita Mini Pizza Bread, and a Shrimp and Vegetable Focaccia (baked with a crispy exterior and moist interior) offer a savory counterbalance to the sweeter items, allowing guests to mix and match according to their mood.
Nespresso-Inspired Sweets

Two Nespresso coffee-based desserts round out the sweets selection: a tiramisu and a coffee jelly. The coffee jelly is presented with a distinctive visual twist — small spherical jelly pieces are stacked inside a glass to recreate a dot pattern inspired by the murals adorning Brasserie RÉGINE's interior, creating a playful contrast in both appearance and texture. A Mixed Berry Macedoine is also available.
Original Nespresso Drink Menu

The beverage selection features 16 varieties of Nespresso coffee — including English Breakfast Tea and Earl Grey — alongside a range of original drinks developed in collaboration with Nespresso. Standouts include:
- St. Regis Osaka Original Espresso Bomb: Tomato juice, tonic water, espresso, yuzu syrup, and salt are combined in a glass, with a mini glass of espresso placed inside. As the espresso is added, delicate foam rises through the drink.
- Affogato: St. Regis Osaka's original vanilla ice cream served with a pour of espresso.
- Espresso Cola: A craft cola called "Umami Cola" — made from espresso, spices, and citrus — blended with lemon.
- Chai Coffee: Chai tea and coffee layered with a hint of marmalade.
- Kinako Espresso Latte
- Blood Orange Espresso Mint
The first 500 guests during the promotion period will receive a Nespresso Origin Lungo Cup as a novelty gift.
Nespresso Professional Special Seminar
Four free seminars hosted by Nespresso coffee service advisors will take place at Brasserie RÉGINE (2F) during the promotion period. Each approximately 30-minute session covers Nespresso's brand story, coffee flavor profiles and freshness differences, and a professional-line crema tasting experience.
