About Star Hill Farm Whisky

"Star Hill Farm Whisky" is an American wheat whisky made with wheat as its main ingredient. It carries the name of "Star Hill Farm," where the Maker's Mark Distillery is located, and has been well received in the United States.

This limited release in Japan introduces a new challenge from the Maker's Mark Distillery, which explores the potential of flavors nurtured by nature and the land.

About Star Hill Farm Whisky 2026

The whisky uses three distinctive varieties of wheat grown with regenerative agriculture methods.* This gives it a rich fruitiness and a complex, layered taste.

It is also matured for seven to eight years without moving the barrels during aging. The result is a natural flavor shaped by the aging environment, along with the rich character of its ingredients.

*Regenerative agriculture is farming that aims to improve soil health and restore the natural environment through practices such as using cover crops, crop rotation, and cultivation that reduces the burden on the soil.
