Suntory's Japanese wine brand SUNTORY FROM FARM is releasing "SUNTORY FROM FARM Nouveau Koshu 2026" and "SUNTORY FROM FARM Nouveau Muscat Bailey A Rosé 2026" nationwide from Tuesday, November 3, 2026 (a public holiday), in limited quantities.
Guided by the philosophy that "good wine comes from good grapes," Suntory has spent more than 100 years engaging with Japan's terroir, refining its cultivation and brewing techniques while making wine from the ground up. True to the concept behind its name, "FROM FARM" — meaning everything starts in the vineyard — the brand focuses on careful craftsmanship to elevate the quality of its wines.
This year's nouveau releases are made to bring out the full character of grapes harvested this season, offering the fresh, crisp taste that only a nouveau wine can deliver.
About the Wines
Careful yeast selection and close management of the fermentation process help bring out the appeal of the grapes in each meticulously brewed batch. The Yamanashi Wine Brewers' Cooperative designates November 3 each year as the release date for nouveau wines made from Koshu and Muscat Bailey A grapes grown in Yamanashi Prefecture. Both of this year's releases use 100% Yamanashi-grown grapes.
