Suntory Co., Ltd. will launch "Nonaru Sakaba Plain Chuhai Non-Alcoholic" and "Umeshu Soda Non-Alcoholic" on February 24, 2026, nationwide. Additionally, the company will refresh four staple products in the Nonaru Sakaba lineup starting mid-January 2026.
The four staple products include "Nonaru Sakaba Lemon Sour Non-Alcoholic," "Highball Non-Alcoholic," "Red Wine Sparkling Non-Alcoholic," and "White Wine Sparkling Non-Alcoholic." The red and white wine sparkling variants will receive packaging updates only.
The Nonaru Sakaba brand has been well-received for offering non-alcoholic beverages that deliver the authentic flavors of lemon sours, highballs, and wine typically enjoyed at izakayas.
With these new additions and product refreshes, Suntory aims to further invigorate the non-alcoholic beverage market.

All products use "dealcoholized extract" derived from carefully selected alcoholic beverages to achieve authentic flavors.
Nonaru Sakaba Plain Chuhai Non-Alcoholic
By incorporating dealcoholized extract from carefully selected shochu, this drink achieves the authentic taste of plain chuhai. It features a subtle citrus flavor with a crisp, refreshing taste and a rich aftertaste.
Umeshu Soda Non-Alcoholic
This product combines dealcoholized extract from carefully selected umeshu (plum wine) with plum juice to deliver the refreshing taste and aroma of umeshu soda. The balance of sweetness and acidity creates a sharp, well-defined flavor.
Lemon Sour Non-Alcoholic
Using dealcoholized extract from carefully selected shochu and Suntory's proprietary "Lemon Sealing Technology" that micronizes fresh lemon aromas, this drink highlights the fruit's essence to deliver an authentic lemon sour taste with a satisfying drinking experience.
Highball Non-Alcoholic
By incorporating dealcoholized extract from carefully selected whisky, this beverage achieves the rich aroma and depth of a highball, offering a satisfying drinking experience.
Packaging
The packaging features noren (traditional Japanese curtains) in symbolic colors representing each flavor, expressing the brand's signature "authentic taste." Glass illustrations accompanied by text describing the type of alcohol used as the base for the dealcoholized extract and product characteristics clearly communicate each product's unique identity.
