PEAKS — Rooftop Bar & Lounge 120 Meters Above Osaka
PEAKS occupies the 28th floor and offers sweeping views of Osaka from approximately 120 meters above street level. The concept is a "sky playground" high above the city — one of the most elevated vantage points in Osaka.
