The first-ever Touken Ranbu ice show, TOUKEN RANBU - ICE BLADE -, takes the ice at the National Yoyogi Stadium First Gymnasium on October 3 and 4, 2026. Top Japanese skaters including Mura Takahito and Tanaka Keiji join the voice cast of the original game Touken Ranbu ONLINE, appearing together as eight Touken Danshi (sword warriors) in a production that blends physical expression through skating with voice performance for a new kind of Touken Ranbu storytelling.
Figure skater Kaori Sakamoto, silver medalist in women's singles at the Milano Cortina Olympics, has also been announced as the cast for the show's original character, the Spirit of Ice.
Arena seat guaranteed ticket lottery applications are currently open through 11:59 PM on Sunday, August 16.

The solo visual of the Spirit of Ice, the original character played by Kaori Sakamoto, has now been unveiled.
The character's stately beauty invites audiences to imagine what kind of story awaits the Spirit of Ice.
Arena Seat Guaranteed Ticket Lottery Now Open
The arena seat guaranteed ticket is an additional option available to guests who have already purchased and paid for a reserved seat ticket, guaranteeing them a seat within the arena area.
Winners pay an additional ¥4,000 on top of the ¥19,000 reserved seat ticket already purchased. Those not selected can still attend using their standard reserved seat ticket as usual.

If lottery applications do not fill the arena seat capacity, seats in the arena area may also be allocated to guests who did not apply for the arena seat guaranteed ticket.
For those using a wheelchair who are considering the arena seat guaranteed ticket:
- There is no wheelchair space within the arena area. Winners will need to move from their wheelchair to their seat unassisted.
- Guests who wish to view the show from the venue's wheelchair space should use a standard reserved seat ticket rather than applying for the arena seat guaranteed ticket lottery.
- Refunds for the arena seat guaranteed ticket cannot be issued even if moving to the seat is later found to be difficult after winning.

Ticket resale for the performance begins at 12:00 PM on Sunday, August 30. Lottery winners can pick up their purchased tickets and also list them for resale — either all of their tickets or the portion allocated to companions. Story:
The year is 2205.
"Historical revisionists" seeking to rewrite history have begun attacking the past.
To stop them, the government of the time dispatches figures known as Saniwa to each era.
A Saniwa is one who awakens the sleeping heart of an object and grants it the power to fight for itself.
Through that power, the tsukumogami who take form as Touken Danshi (sword warriors) throw themselves into the battle to protect history.
There is a certain honmaru, in a certain place.
Protected by shrines of the five elements — wood, fire, earth, metal, and water — this honmaru bears a special duty: watching over the "false chronicles," which distort, rewrite, and devour true history.
But one day, the honmaru is suddenly attacked by Gozuryu, a five-headed dragon.
The shrines are destroyed, and the spirits of the five elements are scattered into the false chronicles.
At that moment, deep within the honmaru, the Spirit of Ice awakens...
Can Mikazuki Munechika and the others rescue the spirits of the five elements from the "false histories" — the distorted history born of the false chronicles?
A new battle for the Touken Danshi, called Hyoujin — "Ice Blade" — now begins.
