The urban culture festival "J-WAVE presents INSPIRE TOKYO 2026 WINTER -Best Music & Market- supported by Gran Turismo" (INSPIRE TOKYO 2026 WINTER), hosted by the radio station J-WAVE (81.3 FM), will take place over three days, Friday, December 4 to Sunday, December 6, 2026, at Yoyogi Park Event Plaza and LINE CUBE SHIBUYA. The performers for the free live shows on "PARK STAGE," the outdoor special stage in Yoyogi Park, have now been announced. The timetable is scheduled to be announced at a later date.
In addition, Kitaya Park in Shibuya has been added as a satellite venue. As part of a partner program of ARTE TOKYO (東京国際文化芸術祭), two contemporary art pieces will be on display there.
Free Live Performances by J-WAVE-Selected Artists
Tenten Takataka, Super Climbing Club and the Po will perform, along with Rol3ert, Salasa and luvis, who have also drawn attention through J-WAVE's new music project "RISING CUTS."
The stage MCs will be J-WAVE navigators Yukino Nagai (長井優希乃) and Celeina Ann (セレイナ・アン). Yukino Nagai appears on Saturday, December 5, and Celeina Ann on Sunday, December 6.
Visitors can enjoy the performances for free, alongside food trucks and a variety of distinctive goods vendors. The artists are listed below in Japanese syllabary order.

Contemporary Art at the New Satellite Venue, Kitaya Park
Kitaya Park in Shibuya joins the festival venues for the first time this year. Admission is free, making it easy to casually experience art. Two contemporary art pieces will be on display.
FORTUNE FRIENDS by Melissa Mathieson
This colorful, playful balloon artwork by Melissa Mathieson, an up-and-coming artist from Montreal, will be exhibited for the first time. A total of seven pieces will be displayed around Shibuya Station, with one of them at Kitaya Park. During INSPIRE TOKYO 2026 WINTER, it is also scheduled to be displayed at Yoyogi Park Event Plaza.
Resonant Field at Kitaya Park: Afterglow／余韻 by Paysages Studio
This outdoor sound installation by Paysages Studio, an immersive experience studio based in Montreal, transforms a small city park into a fantastical space.
