Starting May 18, 2026, Horiuchi Fruit Garden will introduce a new parfait menu created in collaboration with Umenoyado Sake Brewery. The menu features three flavors — mango, strawberry, and peach — each incorporating the brewery's "Otona no Kajiku no Numa" fruit liqueur series.
Umenoyado Sake Brewery's "Otona no Kajiku no Numa" Liqueur
The "Otona no Kajiku no Numa" is a liqueur series from Umenoyado Sake Brewery crafted to deliver the sensation of eating whole fruit in its concentrated, pulpy form. The three varieties used in this collaboration each have their own distinct character:
- Mango – rich and full-bodied, evoking the depth of a fully ripened mango
- Strawberry – a well-balanced mix of sweetness, tartness, and fragrance
- Peach – a gentle, rounded sweetness with generous fruit pulp
"Numaru Otona no Zeitaku Parfait" – The New Collaboration Menu
The "Numaru Otona no Zeitaku Parfait" brings together Horiuchi Fruit Garden's fruit-forward sensibility with the intense fruit pulp texture of Umenoyado's liqueurs, offering a dessert experience that is a step beyond the ordinary.
