Two new gelato flavors inspired by Chocoviar, the signature chocolate of Turin, Italy-born chocolate brand Venchi, go on sale on Wednesday, October 14, 2026, at Venchi stores across Japan. The new flavors, "Chocoviar Nougatine" and "Chocoviar Mango," bring the taste and texture of a single Chocoviar chocolate into gelato.

This chocolate gelato is a reinterpretation of Nougatine, one of Venchi's long-established chocolates. The crunchy texture of toasted hazelnut nougatine blends with the rich aroma of cacao. The sweet, slightly bitter depth that spreads with each bite evokes the tradition and skill of Venchi's artisans, and the layered flavors are meant to recall tasting a single Chocoviar Nougatine chocolate.

Chocoviar Mango
Fruit meets chocolate in a new combination
Mango, a flavor popular around the world, is rebuilt here with the idea behind the Chocoviar recipe.
