A new whole-house vacation rental has opened in Niseko, Hokkaido. 6ty6 Vacation Home, a roughly 108-square-meter property that hosts only one group per day and sleeps up to 8 guests, began accepting reservations on August 12, 2026. Its operations are being handled by hospitality management brand "& Yado Kanri" (& やど管理), a service of COCOZAS Co., Ltd.
6ty6 Vacation Home sits in Niseko, a world-renowned powder-snow resort area, and combines works by Hokkaido and Japanese artists with sweeping views of the surrounding nature.
Interiors Shaped by Hokkaido and Japanese Artists
Throughout the interior, works by Hokkaido and Japanese artists are paired with playful design touches and exotic pieces to create a distinctive space. In the open, high-ceilinged living and dining area, a large artwork stands out beneath a wood-paneled ceiling and warm lighting, so there is always something new to notice. Guests can spend time relaxing with family or friends while surrounded by art and design in a stay found nowhere else.

A Picture Window Onto the Trees, and a Living Room That Shifts with the Seasons
A corner of the living and dining area opens onto a picture window overlooking a stand of trees, where guests can settle onto the couch and take in the view. Natural light fills the open space, letting guests feel Niseko's four seasons as they pass. In summer, a fan and a private terrace make it comfortable to enjoy the dappled sunlight; in winter, underfloor heating and panel heaters keep the room warm.

Steps from Niseko's Ski Slopes, a Resort Setting for Every Season
In winter, the property is blanketed in snow, with Niseko Annupuri International Ski Resort about a 3-to-4-minute drive away and Niseko Moiwa Ski Resort about 5 minutes away, making it a well-placed base for skiing and snowboarding. From spring through fall, guests can take in the vivid greenery and mountain scenery while enjoying outdoor activities such as rafting, trekking, and cycling.

Hot Spring Hopping, Niseko-Style
The nearest hot spring facility, Yushintei (湯心亭), is about a 1-minute drive away, and numerous other hot spring facilities are scattered around the area, making onsen-hopping after a day outdoors one of Niseko's signature pleasures. Away from the noise of everyday life, guests can spend a distinctive stretch of time surrounded by nature and art.
Three Bedrooms and Everyday Comforts for Longer Stays
The property offers three bedrooms. The high-ceilinged master bedroom has a king bed and its own bathroom. Bedroom 2 has two semi-double beds, and the Japanese-style room has two sunoko beds along with two futon sets, accommodating larger groups of family or friends. A kitchen, dishwasher, washer-dryer, Wi-Fi, and other everyday amenities are all in place, making the property comfortable for short trips as well as longer stays and workations.
