The restaurant serves ice-aged edomae sushi alongside the Aburi Salmon Oshizushi (pressed sushi) that sold over 1 million servings in 14 years at a single location in Canada, creating a social phenomenon. The menu also includes innovative "Aburi Sushi" enjoyed with sauces, traditional Japanese aburi-style sushi, and refreshing "Salt and Lemon Sushi."
