Workshop Activities

DAY 1: Experience and Record

Participants will paint their own mini lanterns, feeling the texture of the paper and how the paint spreads while creating their unique expression. Students will use smartphones to capture the creation process, conversations, and observations, gathering footage with an awareness of "recording the experience itself."

Completed mini lanterns can be taken home.

DAY 2: Reflect and Share

On the second day, participants review the footage from Day 1 to reflect on their experience. They consider "what left an impression" and "who they want to share this with" to create a short video. The workshop concludes with a screening to share the experience.

Guardians are welcome to attend the screening! Details will be shared after participation is confirmed.
