The centerpiece is the elegant "White Day High Heel Chocolate 2026," presented in a specially designed box. Additionally, the "Aman Tokyo Original White Day Chocolate 2026" and the seasonal favorite "Terrine Chocolat" will be available during this period.

The "White Day High Heel Chocolate 2026" features a ganache made with seasonal Japanese navel oranges and caramel. The chocolate offers a harmonious blend of vibrant aroma, balanced acidity and sweetness, and the rich umami of the fruit, creating a luxurious flavor that slowly unfolds in the mouth. This year marks the return of the charming high heel shape.

These chocolates, decorated simply to highlight the beautiful silhouette of the high heels, are exclusive to the White Day season. The elegant high heel chocolates, presented in a sophisticated box, make the perfect gift for someone special.

Following the success during Valentine's Day, the chocolate box featuring five distinct flavors continues as the "Aman Tokyo Original White Day Chocolate 2026." This assortment includes three types of ganache and two types of praline, all crafted with carefully selected cacao for each flavor.

The "Marunouchi Honey Milk Ganache" features honey harvested from the Marunouchi Honey Project*, creating a gently sweet chocolate. "Vanilla Cognac" is a ganache with rich cognac and the luxurious aroma of rare Tahitian vanilla. The collection also includes the signature "Aman Logo Chocolate," blended with Ecuadorian chocolate and Madagascar chocolate that showcases notes of raspberry and banana, along with pralines made from Italian Piedmont hazelnuts and large organic walnuts from Nagano Prefecture.

A 20-piece box set combining the White Day chocolates with the year-round "Truffle Chocolate 10-piece set" is also available exclusively at La Pâtisserie by Aman Tokyo.

*About the Marunouchi Honey Project

This is a local community initiative in the Otemachi, Marunouchi, and Yurakucho areas where Aman Tokyo is located, with Aman Tokyo staff participating. Within a radius of approximately 4 kilometers of the Western honey bee's foraging range, there are abundant nectar sources such as the outer gardens and Hibiya Park, making it possible to produce high-quality honey in an urban setting. The initiative aims to create an environmentally sustainable city coexisting with the rich nature of the area.
