ami Kobe Offers Christmas Dinner with Kobe Port Night Views from December 24 to 26

Restaurant Café Terrace ami Kobe (Executive Chef: Teppei Kasahara, Location: Chuo-ku, Kobe), on the second floor of the La Suite Le Pain Building (ラスイートルパンビル), will offer a special Christmas dinner course for three days only, from December 24 to 26, 2026. Reservations are now open.

The course begins with five appetizers, and every dish is prepared by Executive Chef Kasahara. For dessert, a Christmas-themed dessert wagon lets guests enjoy as many of their favorites as they like. Through the restaurant's windows, the night view of Kobe Port adds to the Christmas dinner.

Christmas Special Dinner Course

• ami Special Assortment of Five Appetizers (carpaccio of fresh fish delivered today / grilled marinated seasonal vegetables / a refined, grown-up potato salad generously topped with caviar / cold roast beef of A5 Japanese Black beef sirloin / caprese with GABA tomatoes from Aqua Verde Awaji (アクアヴェルデ淡路))
• Hokkaido Ezo abalone and Awaji chicken, presented in the style of an Inca no Mezame (インカの目覚め) cake
• Bouillabaisse of fresh fish and seafood delivered directly from Kobe Port and Kobe pork, served with "Mista" short pasta from Italy's Mancini
• Awaji beef fillet and foie gras with black truffle sauce, dedicated to Gioachino Rossini, the genius opera composer
• Le Pain pâtissier's special dessert wagon, Christmas version
• Special bread from the Le Pain boulangerie, available tonight only
• Coffee or tea

Seating

Window Seats

The south and west sides of ami Kobe are fully glass-walled, and a beautiful night view of Kobe spreads out in the evening. The course with a guaranteed window seat is served at a table on the south or west side.

Sofa Seats

These table seats have a sofa on one side, offering a spacious setting for a relaxed meal.
