A new seasonal cheese tart is coming to BAKE CHEESE TART stores across Japan. The "Freshly-Baked Tart Lemon Coconut Cheese" goes on sale Friday, May 15, 2026, and will be available through Tuesday, June 30, 2026.
Refreshing Setouchi Lemon and Crispy Coconut
As early summer warmth arrives, this new tart is designed to deliver a cool, refreshing sensation with every bite. It features lemon cream made with Setouchi lemon — with Setouchi-grown lemon accounting for 90% of the lemon ingredients — offering a smooth and mellow acidity. That lemon cream is piped onto a light, melt-in-your-mouth original cheese mousse blended from carefully selected cream cheeses. Coconut flakes on top add a pleasant crunch and a subtle sweetness that brings out the brightness of the lemon even further.
The tart can be enjoyed freshly baked straight from the store, or placed in the freezer for an "ice cream-style" treat — a particularly fun option during the warmer months.
