Details such as DB.Starman's appearance dates and the mug will be announced on the BALLPARK Xmas special website and official social media accounts.
A BALLPARK Xmas special stage event is also planned at "THE LIVE Supported by 大和地所," a live viewing arena in BASEGATE Yokohama Kannai that is planned and operated by the Yokohama DeNA BayStars. Details on content and schedule will be announced on the facility's official website.

Nippon Broadcasting System's Radio Charity Campaign Sets Up at the Venue
Nippon Broadcasting System's "ラジオ・チャリティ・ミュージックソン" is a radio charity activity held every year since 1975, out of a wish to contribute to society through the power of music and radio. The campaign raises funds for "audible traffic signals," which help visually impaired people walk through town with peace of mind, and for items that support their participation in society.
The charity campaign runs every year from November 1 to January 31 of the following year. A 24-hour special program is broadcast from noon on Christmas Eve. In step with this, a donation point called "愛の泉" will be set up inside the BALLPARK Xmas venue for five days, from Monday, December 21 to Friday, December 25. Performers connected with Nippon Broadcasting System will appear on the adjacent special stage. A live broadcast from the BALLPARK Xmas venue is also planned during the special program, which airs from noon on Thursday, December 24 to noon on Friday, December 25.
Details will be announced on the BALLPARK Xmas special website and official social media accounts.

Connecting With Nearby Facilities
Yokohama Red Brick Warehouse
Yokohama Red Brick Warehouse, a well-visited sightseeing spot in the Minato Mirai area, is about a 15-minute walk from Yokohama Park, the main venue of BALLPARK Xmas. "Christmas Market in Yokohama Red Brick Warehouse" is held there, with a setting that combines the warehouse's history of more than 110 years with views of the sea and the Minato Mirai night scene. Traditional wooden huts (Hütte) imported from Germany line the venue, where visitors can enjoy German Christmas market staples such as food and general goods at an authentic Christmas market.
BALLPARK Xmas YOKOHAMA KANNAI 2026 and Christmas Market in Yokohama Red Brick Warehouse are planning joint measures so that visitors can enjoy Christmas in Yokohama by visiting both venues. Visitors to the Red Brick Warehouse Christmas market are planned to receive benefits usable at BALLPARK Xmas, and visitors to BALLPARK Xmas are planned to receive benefits usable at Yokohama Red Brick Warehouse, so that people can go back and forth between the two Christmas markets.
For details on Christmas Market in Yokohama Red Brick Warehouse, see its special website. Details on the joint measures between the two venues will be announced on each event's special website.
BASEGATE Yokohama Kannai
BASEGATE Yokohama Kannai is connected to Yokohama Park by a pedestrian deck. Circulation measures introducing nearby facilities and shops are planned together with it. A star-shaped illumination that decorates the BALLPARK Xmas huts is installed at the main entrance of BASEGATE, which has plenty of food and events of its own. It serves as a partner venue that adds to the Christmas mood in Kannai.
For details on the Christmas events at BASEGATE Yokohama Kannai, see the facility's information page.
OMO7 Yokohama by Hoshino Resorts
BALLPARK Xmas is teaming up with "Legacy Christmas," held by OMO7 Yokohama. BALLPARK Xmas is one of the stops on the "YOKOHAMA Illumination Ride," a tour in which the OMO Rangers guide participants through fantastical streets and Christmas spots.

At the BALLPARK Xmas venue, a Christmas-only collaboration of "気分上々、ハマナイト," which OMO7 Yokohama holds every night, is planned for two days only. The OMO Rangers dress up as DJs and select a limited Christmas playlist, and professional musicians also perform live.

Deepening Exchange With Frankfurt, Germany
BALLPARK Xmas continues its exchange with Frankfurt, Germany, a partner city of Yokohama that is said to be the birthplace of the Christmas market. Frankfurt signed a partner city agreement with Yokohama in 2011 and marks the 15th anniversary of the partnership this year.
In September this year, the mayor of Frankfurt made an official visit to Yokohama Park and exchanged views with people involved in BALLPARK Xmas. Following last year, the event aims to let visitors feel the appeal of an authentic Christmas market in Yokohama and Kannai while valuing its ties with Frankfurt.
A More Sustainable BALLPARK Xmas Through Co-Creation With Companies
Since its first edition last year, the event has been run safely and securely while protecting the appearance of Yokohama Park. This year, through co-creation with companies, it is advancing initiatives that let visitors think about the environment and resources in a familiar way while enjoying the Christmas market.
Crown Package Co., Ltd.
Through co-creation with Crown Package Co., Ltd., the event introduces two-layer food containers whose film can be peeled off after eating so that the paper can be recycled. The containers are collected separately at "garbage stations" inside the venue, helping reduce burnable waste. Peeling the film off cleanly with a satisfying "peri" gives visitors an easy way to take part in an eco-friendly activity.
中庄株式会社
In a co-creation project with the paper company 中庄株式会社, paper bags produced during the trial runs of a bag-making machine are used as BALLPARK Xmas official shopper bags. The project creates new value from materials that had not been fully used until now, and offers a chance to think about resources while enjoying the event.
Illumination Lighting Ceremony on Opening Day
An illumination lighting ceremony is planned for the opening day of BALLPARK Xmas. Event organizers, sponsoring companies and others take the stage to light the illuminations that decorate Yokohama Park and the surrounding area.
- Venue: stage inside the BALLPARK Xmas venue (in Yokohama Park)
- Date and time: Friday, November 20, 2026, starting at 4:00 PM (planned)
Visitors may appear in video and photos taken for media coverage and records. These may be used on official websites and social media, so please be aware in advance.
From Yokohama Park to Nihon Odori, Illumination Linking Winter Kannai
With the cooperation of local organizations including the Nihon Odori area management council and the Nihon Odori shopping association, the 430 m street from Yokohama Park to the Yokohama Archives of History intersection is again lit with illuminations this year.
JERA Co., Inc. joins this year as a co-creation partner. Environmental value derived from renewable energy is applied to the electricity used at both Yokohama Park and Nihon Odori, which powers the illuminations lighting Yokohama and Kannai.
