Starting with stays on April 1, 2027, Benesse House on Naoshima will renew its benefit for overnight guests and introduce "Art Inclusive" (アートインクルーシブ), a new way to stay that lets guests enjoy the island's art facilities more freely than ever.
With the Art Inclusive benefit, guests can enter the eligible art facilities without buying a ticket, and no advance online reservation is required. Guests can move among the art as they like, to suit their mood and style of stay each day.
At Benesse Art Site Naoshima, scenery and artworks change their expression with the time of day, the weather, and the season. Rather than visiting facilities to fit a travel schedule, facing art while being guided by the interest and discoveries felt in the moment is a way of enjoying a stay that is unique to Naoshima.

Through this renewal, Benesse House aims to offer a stay in which guests are not bound by advance reservations or set times. Guests can visit a museum, stroll around the island, or return to a work at a different time of day, wandering the island as they please and immersing themselves more deeply in art.
The service is scheduled to apply from April 2027. The eligible facilities and details on how to use it will be announced around January 2027.

About Benesse House
Benesse House opened in 1992 under the concept of the coexistence of nature, architecture, and art, as a facility where a museum and a hotel are one. It has four accommodation buildings, Museum, Oval, Park, and Beach, along with restaurants and cafes, a spa, and a shop that are also open to the general public.
All of the architecture was designed by Tadao Ando and is composed to blend into the environment of Setonaikai National Park as it ages. Long slopes, stairs, and passageways, and outside light pouring in through cut-out openings, are among the touches that let visitors feel the contemporary art inside and outside the facility with their whole body.
