Benjamin Steakhouse Celebrates International Women's Day with Mimosa-Inspired Cocktails at Four Japan Locations

Benjamin Steakhouse, a prestigious New York steakhouse, will celebrate International Women's Day on March 8th by offering complimentary original cocktails and mocktails inspired by mimosa flowers at all four of their Japan locations: Roppongi, Kioicho, Kyoto, and Osaka.

A Tradition of Gratitude on International Women's Day

Every year on March 8th, International Women's Day is observed worldwide with various initiatives promoting gender equality and honoring women's achievements. In Italy, the day is also known as "Mimosa Day," where mimosa flowers are traditionally given to women as a gesture of appreciation.

Benjamin Steakhouse approaches this day as an opportunity to celebrate women's accomplishments and express gratitude to those important in our lives. To mark the occasion, they've created original mimosa-inspired cocktails and mocktails infused with meaningful flower symbolism, which will be offered complimentary to female guests dining at their restaurants on March 8th.

At the Roppongi and Kioicho locations, guests can enjoy "Glittering MIMOZA," a sparkling cocktail combining chamomile-infused syrup and orange juice with sparkling wine, garnished with grenadine-colored sugar on the rim to represent shimmering gratitude. At the Kyoto and KITTE Osaka locations, "Mimosa Blanche" blends peach liqueur with white wine and rosemary, offering a moment of self-care and relaxation.

Benjamin Steakhouse values the American steakhouse tradition of enjoying time at the bar before and after meals, not just the meat dishes themselves. Through this initiative, they hope to introduce guests to this distinctive dining experience.

This special offering provides a thoughtful way to express appreciation on International Women's Day.

Roppongi & Kioicho Exclusive: Glittering MIMOZA

Glittering MIMOZA cocktail with golden rim and sparkling appearance

Theme: "Shimmering Gratitude"

The mimosa flower symbolizes "gratitude" and "friendship," while chamomile represents "I will heal you." This cocktail combines these gentle, healing sentiments with heartfelt appreciation in a single glass.

Based on chamomile-infused syrup and orange juice, finished with sparkling wine for a light, refreshing character. The rim is adorned with grenadine-colored sugar, expressing glittering gratitude reminiscent of mimosa flowers.

Kyoto & KITTE Osaka Exclusive: Mimosa Blanche

Mimosa Blanche cocktail with rosemary garnish in elegant glass

Theme: "Grace and Diversity"

This cocktail uses peach liqueur, white wine, and rosemary to reflect women's grace and diversity in a single glass.

Peach, with its gentle sweetness and aroma, symbolizes femininity and represents the "respect for women" central to International Women's Day. White wine balances the peach's sweetness while maintaining overall harmony.

The rosemary garnish gently releases its aroma from the glass rim, creating a special experience through both visual and aromatic elements. This cocktail embodies the wish for guests to step away from daily routines and enjoy a moment of self-care.
