Restaurant Café Terrace ami Kobe (Chef: Teppei Kasahara, Location: Chuo-ku, Kobe), located on the second floor of La Suite Le Pain Building, celebrates its first anniversary in March 2026.

To express gratitude to valued guests, ami Kobe has prepared a special three-day celebration. The opening day features a specially designed course menu by Chef Kasahara paired with sommelier-selected wines, accompanied by live musical performances. On the second and third days, guests can enjoy an Italian buffet combined with captivating magic performances by Birdie.

The celebration takes place at La Terrace Hall Kobe on the third floor of La Suite Le Pain Building, a banquet hall that embodies La Suite's refined hospitality.

Restaurant Café Terrace ami Kobe Executive Chef

Born in Hyogo Prefecture, Chef Kasahara graduated from Tsuji Culinary Institute's French Culinary College before studying at the French campus. After graduating in 1995, he joined the Tsuji Group. In 2000, he moved to France to train at renowned establishments in Burgundy and Paris before returning to work at Hotel Granvia Osaka.

Following an invitation to serve as executive chef at a French restaurant in Kobe, he held positions as head chef at various wedding restaurants and a food import company. In 2014, he became the chef at Ore no French Italian.

His career achievements include placing at the Pâté en Croûte World Championship Asia in both 2017 and 2019. In 2024, he joined La Suite Co., Ltd. and was appointed executive chef of Restaurant Café Terrace ami Kobe.
