From March 1 (Sun) to March 31 (Tue), 2026, a Cherry and Sakura Cream Hanami Pancake will be available at participating locations — a chance to savour the spirit of spring before the cherry blossoms have even fully bloomed.

As spring begins to make itself felt, the monthly pancake lineup gets a flower-viewing makeover. Slowly simmered cherries bring a sweet-tart depth and rich flavour, while a sakura-infused custard cream adds a subtly salty finish. The result is a pancake where the gentle acidity of the fruit and the soft aroma of cherry blossoms weave together into something that feels unmistakably like spring.
The cherries are paired with a smooth mascarpone cream, then topped with the sakura custard cream whose hint of saltiness ties the whole thing together. Soft sweetness, fruit acidity, and cherry blossom fragrance — layered in every bite.
