Pancake & Books Bibliothèque is a pancake specialty shop where you can discover your favorite pancake. Launched in 2020 as a sister store to Café & Books Bibliothèque operating in Tokyo, Osaka, Fukuoka, and Kumamoto. Using premium milk from Hamanaka Town in Hokkaido and pure domestic eggs "Sakura Tamago" from Kitasaka Chicken Farm in Awaji Island, the shop serves freshly made pancakes that are fluffy and moist-chewy.
