A new winter beverage has arrived at BISTRO CHURA, a natural wine and Okinawan cuisine bistro located in Shinjuku Sanchome's dining district. Since opening in February 2024, the restaurant has been serving natural wines paired with creative Okinawan dishes in a sophisticated American mid-century modern setting.

On January 14, 2026, the restaurant began offering "Original Hot Wine with Spice Aromas," marking the first warm wine menu since its opening.

The "Original Hot Wine with Spice Aromas" features a secret recipe using cinnamon, orange, and several carefully selected spices. The aromatic blend creates gentle warmth that soothes both body and mind during the cold season.

Guests can enjoy this blissful beverage in the restaurant's American mid-century modern inspired interior, experiencing perfect harmony between the hot wine and creative Okinawan cuisine.

About BISTRO CHURA

BISTRO CHURA opened on February 9, 2024, in Shinjuku Sanchome. The interior design follows an American mid-century modern concept, creating a refined yet relaxed atmosphere where guests can spend quality time with loved ones.

The cuisine blends Okinawan dishes with French bistro elements, specifically crafted to complement natural wines. The restaurant serves natural wines—produced using minimal chemical additives and artificial substances throughout the harvesting and brewing process, relying instead on nature's inherent power.

Owner Kaori Mukaiyama, passionate about both Okinawan cuisine and natural wines, founded BISTRO CHURA with a vision: "I want more people to discover and casually enjoy natural wines and Okinawan cuisine, while contributing to a sustainable society through food."

Since opening, the team has continuously listened to customer feedback and worked to create an environment where guests can spend meaningful time. The restaurant continues striving to contribute to society through dining, centered in Shinjuku.
