Biwako Otsu Prince Hotel (Onohama, Otsu City, Shiga Prefecture) and Omi Railway will collaborate on a special summer stay package from July 4 (Saturday) to September 23 (Wednesday, national holiday), 2026. The partnership marks two notable milestones: 2026 marks exactly 100 years since the start of the Showa era, and Omi Railway — which has long been part of life in the Shiga region — celebrates its 130th anniversary this year.

The room features a bed sash inspired by the red electric trains, original wall panels depicting both hotels' characters riding the Omi Railway through the Shiga countryside, and actual railway fittings including cross seats and hanging straps.

- A conductor's cap (53 cm)
- Original wall panel featuring both railway and hotel characters
- Red electric train-inspired original bed sash

Guests also receive an original novelty sticker featuring Omi Railway's official character "Stationmaster Gachakon" and the hotel's character "Prince Nio-kun," depicted traveling together through the Shiga countryside.
