Made with rare Erimo azuki beans grown in Chitose, Hokkaido, this red bean paste brings out the natural flavor of the beans through meticulous craftsmanship.
② Salted Butter Cream
A butter cream with just the right level of saltiness to complement the sweetness of the red bean paste and finish the aftertaste cleanly. Rich yet not overly heavy, it leaves you wanting more.
③ Lemon Paste with Natural Fragrance
White bean paste is combined with the gentle acidity of "Setoda Lemon" juice and finely chopped peel puree, creating a lemon paste with a naturally refreshing aroma.
