Buttery Polvorones — On Sale from March 9
Starting March 9 (Monday), the shop introduces the Buttery Polvorones — a cookie tin filled with two varieties of the classic Spanish confection known for its crumbly, melt-in-the-mouth texture. One variety features French fermented butter (AOP), prized for its rich, complex flavor and aroma, while the other uses domestic Japanese fermented butter with a milky, delicate sweetness that pairs beautifully with powdered sugar. The tin contains 24 pieces (12 of each variety), making it easy to compare the two butters side by side.

The nine-piece assortment box, with three of each flavor, is packaged in a colorful box that resembles a cosmetics coffret.
