COCO VILLA Asama Kogen, a new location in the nationwide whole-villa rental brand COCO VILLA operated by COCOZAS Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Yoshihito Ando), has grand-opened in the Kitakaruizawa area of Gunma Prefecture, on Friday, August 21, 2026.

COCO VILLA Asama Kogen sits quietly in the forests of Kitakaruizawa, at the foot of Mt. Asama, in a substantial stone-clad residence.
The 1,319-square-meter grounds hold a 3LDK layout that sleeps up to 10 guests.
Opening the front door reveals a dynamic living room that rises to a soaring ceiling.
It's a place to spend a holiday close to the changing seasons, away from anyone else's gaze.

A Mirror-Finish Sauna That Reflects the Surrounding Forest
The sauna set in a corner of the garden has an exterior finished entirely in mirrored panels.
The surrounding trees are reflected clearly across the surface, giving the sauna the look of a structure blending directly into the forest itself.

The sauna stove is an electric model from Estonia's HUUM, with room for 3 to 4 guests at a time, and self-service löyly is available.
After the heat, guests can cool off in the cold-water bath on the directly connected outdoor deck, then relax in a chair for open-air rest in the clear highland air.

A Ceiling That Sparkles with a Full Sky of Stars
The sauna room's ceiling is fitted with special lighting made up of countless embedded pin lights.
Lying back with a body warmed by löyly, guests look up at a ceiling filled edge to edge with glittering points of light.
It's a nighttime sauna experience found only at COCO VILLA Asama Kogen.

A Breathtaking Natural Panorama Through Large Windows
Large windows fill with a panoramic view of the Asama Kogen highlands.
With nothing blocking the sightline, the trees and sky can be taken in as a single continuous scene.

An open, atrium-style design connecting to the second floor lets soft natural light reach every corner of the villa.
A Villa Retreat in Kitakaruizawa, Facing Mt. Asama
Kitakaruizawa is about a 3-hour drive from central Tokyo.
Facing the majestic Mt. Asama, it's a calm area covered in untouched, beautiful forest.
A short drive further brings guests to notable sights such as Onioshidashi Park and Shiraito Falls.
Golf courses, ranches, and hot springs are also well represented nearby, so days can be spent enjoying activities or simply taking in the scenery.
At COCO VILLA Asama Kogen, guests can experience the highlands' four seasons up close.

Staying at the Villa
COCO VILLA Asama Kogen accepts only one group per day, offering a fully private space from check-in to check-out, operated without on-site staff.
