COCOZAS Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Yoshihito Ando) began sales on September 2, 2026 for COCO VILLA Rokkosan, a new private villa in the Rokko mountain area of Kobe, Hyogo Prefecture, marking the 53rd property in its co-ownership program "COCO VILLA Owners," which lets people own a share of a vacation villa starting in the low ¥2 million range.
Of the 24 total ownership shares, the first 12 released at the information session sold out the same day, and the property is now accepting waitlist registrations.

COCO VILLA Rokkosan sits in an area where new construction is difficult under the strict nature-conservation regulations of the Seto Inland Sea National Park, and its grounds cover more than 6,500 square meters — the largest of any COCO VILLA property to date. It comes with a private sauna and a jacuzzi room, and can accommodate up to 9 to 10 guests.
COCO VILLA's 53rd Property: Rokkosan
COCO VILLA Rokkosan is a new property in the Rokko mountain area, overlooking the Kobe cityscape and the Seto Inland Sea.
Set on grounds of more than 6,500 square meters, the 2LDK residence has a living room where a high, sloped ceiling and substantial stone-clad walls come together, framing the forest outside like a painting.

What Makes This Villa Stand Out
1. Refined Architecture in Harmony with the Forest
The exterior contrasts a black-toned facade with bright, stone-textured accent walls for a distinctive look. Surrounded by trees, the building blends into its surroundings, with the quiet presence of a hideaway tucked into the forest.
Inside, stone-clad walls, a sloped ceiling, and furniture from the Italian brand Cassina come together for a refined, calm interior that adds to guests' comfort during their stay.

2. A Private 6,500-Square-Meter Forest to Call Your Own
Surrounded by the rich nature of the Seto Inland Sea National Park, the property has no neighboring buildings within view, creating a private space of its own.
Amid the rustle of trees and clear mountain air, a BBQ area lets guests take a relaxed meal outdoors.
Away from the noise of everyday life, conversation flows easily with family or close friends.
Grounds and amenities on this scale are rare among comparable properties, supporting strong nightly rates and steady demand.

3. A Jacuzzi Room That Takes In the Forest's Light and Scenery
A large, freestanding jacuzzi room connects seamlessly to the living room.
Natural light pours in from an overhead skylight, and forest greenery is visible through a row of semicircular windows, for an open-air bathing feel.
The room connects directly to the private outdoor-deck sauna, so guests can move between the two and unwind in quiet, forest-wrapped surroundings.
The comfortable, weatherproof design and smooth flow between spaces add to the appeal of a stay and encourage repeat visits.

About COCO VILLA
COCO VILLA is a series of fully unmanned, whole-building rental accommodations that make the most of the character of each location — from the sea, mountains, lakes, and rivers to popular tourist areas. Some properties sit in quiet, nature-filled surroundings, while others offer lake or ocean views, or convenient access to sightseeing spots, each with its own distinct character. What every property shares is a space designed around its local environment and a private sauna. Guests can enjoy their stay at their own pace in a whole-building rental where no one else is around.
COCO VILLA currently operates multiple properties centered in the Kanto, Tokai, and Koshinetsu regions, with plans to continue expanding with villas suited to a variety of locations across Japan.
About COCO VILLA Owners
COCO VILLA Owners is a system that allows people to own a vacation villa at an accessible price while also earning income from it as an asset (patent pending).

Owners can use the villa themselves for up to 120 nights a year (*1). On days they don't use it, the villa is operated as a rental, with the resulting income applied to running costs and any surplus distributed to the owners.
Stays are booked using COCO VILLA Owners' own "COCO VILLA Points," which can be used not only at the villa an owner holds a share in, but also at other COCO VILLA properties nationwide that they don't own.
Because owners hold actual ownership, they can also sell their share (*2), pass it on through inheritance, and benefit from tax savings through depreciation.
*1 The maximum number of nights all owners combined can stay at one property: up to 120 nights a year for properties operating under Japan's Hotel Business Act. For properties operating under the minpaku private-lodging law, up to 180 nights a year can be offered for rental.
*2 There is a 2-year minimum holding period, after which the company handles resale on the owner's behalf.
