YADOKARI VILLAGE Kitakaruizawa is a stay and living base that uses trailer houses. It is located in Tsumagoi Village, Agatsuma District, Gunma Prefecture (inside Prince Land), surrounded by the vast nature on the northern foothills of Mt. Asama. In a quiet setting where guests can hear the murmur of a river and birdsong through the changing seasons, the village offers a getaway from everyday life under the theme "living in あはひ."
In YADOKARI VILLAGE, "あはひ" is an old Japanese word meaning "in-between." It refers to time and space that enrich life by moving back and forth between opposing boundaries, such as city and countryside, people and nature, or home and lodging.

"あはひの離れ" is a stay space limited to one room, made up of two trailer houses connected by a wooden deck. Set apart from the other guest buildings and surrounded by trees, the area is quiet enough that only the sound of the river and birdsong reach the building, with no sense of other people nearby. Guests can spend their own "あはひ time" with a barbecue, forest bathing, a sauna, or a movie. It suits stays with groups or families.

The main building has a double bed that can sleep two adults, or a family with a child sleeping alongside, plus one single futon in the loft. The separate building has twin beds and a daybed, and it also accommodates stays for small groups.
The two bedrooms are close enough to walk between them freely via the wooden deck, yet each is an independent space, offering a comfortable distance for groups and families to spend both lively and quiet time.
