Ahead of Hinamatsuri (Doll Festival) on Tuesday, March 3, Daimaru Tokyo is featuring approximately 40 types of limited-edition Hinamatsuri gourmet items. The lineup includes colorful and vibrant chirashi sushi and bento, adorable sweets shaped like hina dolls, pink, white, and green tricolor sweets inspired by hishi mochi (diamond-shaped rice cakes), and sakura mochi capturing the scent of spring — all exclusive to this time of year.
