Pâtisserie & Café デリーモ, a chocolatier-led pâtisserie brand, has added two new parfait-style shaved ice creations to its summer lineup. Available exclusively at the Azabudai Hills location starting June 22, 2026, the desserts are designed to capture the layered complexity of a parfait in the form of kakigori (Japanese shaved ice).
What Is "Parfait Ice" (パフェ氷)?
The concept combines the lightness of finely shaved ice with the indulgence of a full parfait. Each serving starts with airy, melt-in-your-mouth ice drenched in house-made syrup, then topped with a rich chocolate cream crafted from the chocolatier's carefully selected chocolate. Layers of mascarpone panna cotta, crispy chocolate crunch, and two varieties of sauce complete the experience — building depth of flavor just as a parfait would.
Both varieties come with a freshly baked, made-in-store financier as a side — a buttery, aromatic treat prepared daily at the Azabudai Hills kitchen.

Caramel Banana Chocola (キャラメルバナナショコラ)
A café latte–flavored shaved ice base is topped generously with chocolate cream, then finished with salted caramel sauce and banana sauce for sweetness and aroma. Torched roasted banana adds a nutty, charred fragrance, while a coffee ice layer brings a pleasantly bitter note. The result is a bold interplay of chocolate, caramel, and banana flavors.

Berry Pistachio (ベリーピスターシュ)
A rich strawberry syrup base meets chocolate cream, raspberry ice, mixed berries, and berry sauce in this berry-meets-chocolate combination. Chopped pistachios and pistachio sauce add a nutty aroma that deepens the overall flavor profile.
Condensed milk is available on the side for an optional richer finish.
