About Piyorin
Piyorin is a fresh sweet shaped like a fluffy chick, made by wrapping a rich custard pudding — crafted from eggs of Aichi's local specialty Nagoya Cochin — in vanilla-scented bavarois, then coated with powdered sponge cake. It is sold at stores inside Nagoya Station and at a production workshop store in Kasugai City, Aichi Prefecture.
