H's CREAM, a sweets specialty chain based in Kobe, is rolling out a limited-time spring menu at all of its locations across Japan starting March 13 (Friday). The seasonal lineup includes strawberry and pistachio crepes, smoothies, and soft cream.
The Strawberry and Pistachio Crepe (1,280 yen including tax) combines fresh, sweet-tart strawberries with pistachio gelato, which brings a satisfying nuttiness alongside its rich flavor.
The Strawberry and Pistachio Rich Vanilla Soft Cream (open price) pairs fresh, sweet-tart strawberries with smooth, creamy vanilla soft cream topped with a generous drizzle of pistachio sauce.
The Strawberry and Pistachio Smoothie (880 yen including tax) blends strawberries with a well-balanced sweet and sour flavor and pistachio with its characteristic nuttiness. Mixing the two together brings out a blissfully layered taste.
