A special menu item has been created exclusively for the Roppongi Hills location: a waffle made with 100% domestic rice flour. It is baked to be crispy on the outside and fluffy and chewy on the inside, with the natural sweetness of rice and a rich buttery aroma. Containing no wheat flour at all, it is suitable for health-conscious diners and young children alike.
