Cold Sichuan Soup Kishimen with Beef, Long Eggplant, and Fried Onions – ¥3,080 ★New

Cold Sichuan soup kishimen

Wide flat kishimen noodles are coated in an original spicy Sichuan-style broth made with house doubanjiang and Lao Gan Ma (a chili condiment known for its bold umami heat). The dish is topped with Chinese soy-braised minced beef, freshly fried long eggplant, and crispy fried onions for fragrance and texture.

Five-ingredient mala soup noodles

A hearty noodle bowl packed with mixed vegetables, seafood, and char siu. China Room's signature collagen broth—made by slow-cooking whole chicken and Jinhua ham—forms the base, layered with house doubanjiang and Sichuan peppercorn chili oil for a tingling heat. Hokkaido scallops, shrimp, squid, succulent char siu, and crunchy vegetables are piled on top, all twirled with thick chanpon noodles.

Curry Coconut Daoxiao Noodles – ¥3,080 ★New

Curry coconut daoxiao noodles

China Room's first-ever curry noodle combines two curry pastes—a red curry paste and an oil infused with garam masala—blended into the restaurant's rich collagen broth. Coconut milk is added for a spiced yet mellow finish. Beef short rib braised for over three hours in Chinese miso, along with colorful summer vegetables, tops flat-cut daoxiao noodles.

Cold Sesame Soup Noodles with Saliva Chicken – ¥3,080 ★New

Cold sesame soup noodles with saliva chicken

China Room's popular saliva chicken—known for its aromatic house chili oil and spice—is reimagined as a chilled noodle dish. A special sauce blending house chili oil and black bean sauce is mixed into a rich sesame broth for deep, layered flavor. Tender poached chicken, crisp summer vegetables, and flat daoxiao noodles are served cool, with a refreshing yet flavor-packed finish.

Spicy Seafood Fried Rice with Shrimp, Squid, and Scallop – ¥3,080 ★New

Spicy seafood fried rice

Generous portions of shrimp, squid, and scallop are wok-fried with black bean paste, lajiaojiang, and doubanjiang, giving the rice a piquant, savory depth. Young corn and asparagus add a satisfying crunch alongside the large-cut seafood.

Spicy Rice Noodles with Beef, Bean Sprouts, and Chives – ¥3,080 ★New

Spicy rice noodles with beef

Flat rice noodles are stir-fried with beef and fragrant vegetables, seasoned with doubanjiang and a house-made lajiaojiang featuring dried shrimp and shallots alongside chili peppers. Each bite releases the layered heat, richness, and aroma of the house seasonings.

Dessert: Mango Shaved Ice with Bird's Nest and Mochi Dumplings

A luxurious mango shaved ice is available as a dessert add-on throughout the same period.

Mango shaved ice

Shaved from frozen mango juice, the light, feathery ice is crowned with ripe mango, bird's nest (known for its beauty benefits), and soft mochi dumplings filled with smooth red bean paste. Tropical fruits—nata de coco, watermelon, and dragon fruit—line the bottom of the glass, offering a changing array of flavors and textures as you eat. A side of tapioca coconut milk can be poured over the top for a richer, more indulgent finish.

Flaky, buttery danish pastry is filled with spicy keema curry, complemented by a house basil tomato sauce for a bright acidity that enhances the curry's spice, and finished with creamy cheddar cheese.

Spicy Curry Dog – ¥480 ★New

Spicy curry dog

Inspired by a Kansai-style hot dog featuring curry-flavored cabbage, this creation wraps chorizo and curry-sautéed cabbage in an overnight-fermented French bread, then tops it with a black pepper–spiked spicy ketchup before baking.

Tomato Curry Danish – ¥500

Tomato curry danish

Back by popular demand from last year, this danish pairs spicy keema curry—with a hint of onion sweetness—with the bright acidity of tomato. Baking brings out the tomato's natural sweetness, which perfectly offsets the curry's heat.

Spicy Egg Curry Bread – ¥400

Spicy egg curry bread

A perennial summer favorite, this curry bread encases a whole boiled egg alongside domestic beef curry for a hearty, well-balanced bite.

Cheese Curry Bread – ¥300

Cheese curry bread

A mild, crowd-pleasing curry bread filled with domestic beef curry and two types of cheese—cheddar and parmesan. Breadcrumbs made from sliced bread are sprinkled on top before baking, adding a golden, crunchy finish. The mild sweetness makes it approachable for all ages.
