Grand Hyatt Tokyo in Roppongi is marking the 30th anniversary of Pokémon with a themed menu available at two in-house restaurants and its pastry boutique. Under the campaign name "Pokémon 30th Anniversary Collaboration: Grand Adventure," the hotel offers a lineup of original dishes and sweets from June 20 (Saturday) through August 31 (Monday), 2026.
Drawing inspiration from Pikachu and other Pokémon, the hotel's chefs have crafted a collection that balances playful presentation with attention to flavor. All menu items are available to both hotel guests and walk-in visitors.
Flying Pikachu's Summer Parfait
At Fiorentina, the hotel's modern Italian café, a chilled summer parfait inspired by Pikachu setting off on a balloon adventure makes its debut. The glass is layered with silky mascarpone mousse and a butterfly pea–tinted peach-flavored jelly in a vivid blue that evokes a clear summer sky. Cloud-shaped coconut jelly floats within the blue layer, adding a light texture along with visual charm. A Pikachu chocolate decoration adorns the side, while balloon-shaped mousse ice cream crowns the top, available in five flavors: mango, orange, pistachio, blueberry, and raspberry. Each serving comes with an original Pokémon-design placemat.

Flying Pikachu Gourmet Burger Set
At Oak Door, the hotel's steakhouse, an all-yellow gourmet burger set pays tribute to Pikachu's iconic color. The striking yellow potato buns — stamped with a flying Pikachu branding — are baked fresh daily by the hotel's bakery team, resulting in a fluffy yet moist texture with cut sides lightly charcoal-grilled for a toasty aroma. Inside, a 100% beef patty is stacked with fresh tomato, lettuce, onion, and jalapeño pickles. The defining element is the house BBQ sauce made with ginger, garlic, honey, and yellow mustard blended with ketchup, delivering rich umami from the patty alongside a lively acidity from the pickles. The set includes curry-flavored fries, a chilled corn soup, and a Pikachu Yellow Soda. Each serving comes with an original Pokémon-design placemat.

Pokémon 30th Anniversary Mango Cake
A luxurious mango cake in Pikachu-yellow tones commemorates 30 years of Pokémon. Moist almond sponge is layered with sautéed mango and coconut jelly, then wrapped in mango mousse. A base of feuilletine and dacquoise adds textural contrast at the bottom. The finish features individually hand-shaped mango slices arranged like rose petals, topped with a Pikachu silhouette chocolate. Rich mango fragrance and tropical coconut flavors make it a fitting celebration cake.

A collaboration logo tote bag is included. Each of the three sweets is also sold individually at the boutique. Grand Adventure Baton Chocolat
A special Pokémon collaboration edition of the hotel's popular baton-shaped chocolates. Five chocolate batons are decorated to represent a Monster Ball, Pikachu, a Grass-type, a Fire-type, and a Water-type Pokémon. Flavors — from top in the photo — are lemon, pistachio, orange, black currant, and caramel. Presented in an original Pokémon-design package with a collaboration logo tote bag. Online pre-orders with domestic delivery within Japan are also available.

Pokémon 30th Anniversary Collaboration Stay Plan
Alongside the food and sweets lineup, Grand Hyatt Tokyo is also offering a themed stay plan. Nine guest rooms are decorated with Pokémon designs inspired by Pokémon Red and Green, giving guests the feeling of embarking on an adventure alongside their favorite Pokémon.
