The menu will be available at the hotel's in-house restaurant "ESTINATE LOUNGE NAHA," through room service, and via takeout (drinks only), running through August 31, 2026.
The lineup pairs the gentle sweetness of Nakijin Watermelon with a range of Okinawan-origin ingredients — herbs, citrus, and mineral-rich flavors — to create refreshing tastes suited to the Okinawan summer.

Nakijin Watermelon Parfait Ice — ¥800 (tax included)
The centerpiece of this shaved ice parfait is Nakijin Watermelon, presented in both fresh fruit and sorbet form to deliver its natural sweetness directly. Layers of lavender-flavored shaved ice are piled on top, sweetened with Okinawa-produced honey for a gentle, lingering finish. A hint of shikuwasa (Okinawan lime) ties all the elements together.
Mixed berries bring a moderate tartness, while a house-made yogurt cream with Okinawa-grown aloe vera adds a layer of richness. Almond and cacao nib toppings provide textural contrast throughout, and a condensed milk sauce made with Okinawa's snow salt offers an appealing shift in flavor midway through.
Nakijin Watermelon Chura Island Craft Cola — ¥650 (tax included)
This original craft cola is made by slowly simmering Nakijin Watermelon juice with Okinawa-produced kokuto (black sugar) and karaki (Okinawan cinnamon), then finishing with shikuwasa and honey.
The recipe draws inspiration from the tradition of herbal and spiced carbonated drinks that developed in Okinawa through the blending of American and local food cultures. The result brings together the watermelon's gentle sweetness and freshness, the depth of black sugar, the soft aroma of karaki, and the bright acidity of shikuwasa — all in a light, easy-drinking glass. In Okinawa's hot and humid summer climate, this carbonated drink offers a welcome way to replenish both sugar and moisture.
