For the fifth edition of this popular fair, FamilyMart introduces two new dishes: "Ajisen Ramen Supervised Tonkotsu Ramen (with Black Mayu Oil)" at 598 yen (including tax) and "Toriten Udon with Kyushu-Produced Chicken Breast" at 598 yen (including tax). Both items launch on January 6, 2026 (Tuesday) at approximately 1,500 FamilyMart stores across the Kyushu region (Fukuoka, Saga, Nagasaki, Kumamoto, Oita, Miyazaki, Kagoshima prefectures) and some stores in Yamaguchi Prefecture.

Since September, FamilyMart stores in the Kyushu region have been holding the "Kyushu Noodle Fair," celebrating the diverse noodle culture for which Kyushu is renowned. The fair has been well-received each time, and this marks the fifth edition.

Perfect for the deepening cold of winter, FamilyMart presents two new offerings: the "Ajisen Ramen Supervised Tonkotsu Ramen (with Black Mayu Oil)," featuring rich tonkotsu flavor and aromatic black mayu oil, and the "Toriten Udon with Kyushu-Produced Chicken Breast," highlighting carefully selected ingredients.
