A Shopping Paradise with Plenty of Wonderful Finds
FUDGE Marché, the unique shopping event created by FUDGE magazine in Kyoto, is celebrating its 5th year and returning with even more excitement. This popular event brings together handmade accessories from beloved artists, sought-after pottery that sells out quickly, and many other items that will make your heart flutter. Additionally, a new feature called FUDGE Style Portrait will debut, where you can have your portrait drawn with your favorite outfit. Come enjoy shopping and special experiences while soaking in Kyoto's atmosphere at Shōsei-en Garden.
TOPIC① Experience Kyoto's Culture and History at the Special Venue "Shōsei-en Garden"
The venue will be Shōsei-en Garden, Higashi Honganji Temple's detached garden designated as a National Place of Scenic Beauty, the same location as two years ago. The area is said to have been the site of Minamoto no Tōru's mansion, the model for the protagonist of The Tale of Genji, and features a pagoda and saltwater basin associated with Minamoto no Tōru. Don't miss the Fūtei pavilion, where Emperor Meiji once rested, and the beautiful garden designated as a National Place of Scenic Beauty, where you can feel Kyoto's culture and history up close.
TOPIC② Get Your Full Outfit Illustrated with FUDGE Style Portrait
The FUDGE Style Portrait, making its debut in Kyoto, is a service where you can have not just your portrait but your entire outfit illustrated. For this event, FUDGE FRIEND momo and FUDGENA Ooe Saki will draw your illustration on the spot. Make sure to dress up in your best outfit when you come to the event! No reservation required, first-come, first-served basis. (Fee charged)
An illustrator based mainly in the Kansai region, popular for her relaxed and pop touch. She loves vintage clothing and excels at somewhat innocent and boyish coordinates. Her hobby is watching movies, and she introduces her favorite works on Instagram @momo_fudge.

Delivery: Drawn digitally. Data will be sent on the spot via email or AirDrop.
Illustrator and radio DJ. Originally from Kyoto. She shares everything she catches with her antenna through her works and radio talks in various forms. She runs the blog "Ooe Saki's Weekend Kyoto Clips" on FUDGE.jp.

TOPIC③ 50 Brands Gather Featuring Handmade Accessories, Pottery, Apparel, and More with Limited Items
The main attraction is definitely the shopping. This time, a total of 50 brands will participate, including familiar handmade accessories, must-sell pottery, apparel, and vintage clothing. All shops exhibiting at FUDGE Marché are exclusively scouted by FUDGE buyers! The event also features pottery and handmade goods that don't usually appear in the magazine. Since all the shops are approved by FUDGE buyers, cute and stylish items are guaranteed! Food trucks will also operate on a rotating schedule, so look forward to that.

TOPIC④ Vintage Marché Spin-off Event Featuring Vintage and Remake Brands
HOLIDAY WORKS
This time, VINTAGE Marché, which was hugely popular at the FUDGE Marché held in Tokyo in summer 2025, will be held as a spin-off event in Kyoto. The event includes a flea market featuring FUDGE FRIEND's personal items and the familiar vintage shop from Yutenji, Tokyo, making its first appearance in Kyoto!
