FUKUCHA tea salons, located at Kyoto Station, Kyoto Shijo, and Uji, will hold a "Roasted Tea Fair" from January 15 (Thursday) to March 31 (Tuesday), 2026, themed around "rediscovering the aroma of tea with all five senses." During the cold season, the fair offers limited menus and new products centered on freshly roasted fragrant tea prepared in-store.
The fair will also feature Japan's first* display-type "light and aroma roasting device" installed in-store. Through the aroma that rises at the moment of roasting and light effects, customers will experience an unprecedented "aroma experience."
As a new way to enjoy Kyoto tourism and an opportunity for local residents to rediscover the new appeal of roasted tea, we look forward to welcoming everyone.

1. Fair-Limited Cafe Menu: "Aromatic Set"

A special set combining "Fragrant Roasted Tea" and "Deep-Steamed Chocolate Aromatic Blend."
Fragrant Roasted Tea: Tea leaves carefully selected for their aroma, characteristic of Kyoto Prefecture, are roasted in-store and finished with a soft and delicate flavor.
Deep-Steamed Chocolate "Aromatic Blend": Uses Japanese black tea with a mellow richness and sharpness that stand out within its astringency, and hojicha specially blended to enhance its sweet fragrance. The exquisite combination of white and milk chocolate brings out the fragrance even more.
You can rediscover the depth of roasted tea while enjoying the synergistic effect of aromas.
2. New "Original IH Horoku Kit" for Home Enjoyment
A product set that includes an IH-compatible HOROKU (roasting pan) and 30g of roasted tea-specific tea leaves.
You can easily enjoy the premium taste and aroma of roasted tea at home.

3. Japan's First* "Light and Aroma Roasting Device" Displayed In-Store (Kyoto Station Store Only)
A cylindrical design with a height of 50cm and diameter of 18cm featuring the FUKUCHA logo, with special specifications where aroma and light synchronize during roasting.
By displaying it next to the register, it creates a "light and aroma performance" that makes visitors stop in their tracks.
