Spring Fruits and Hokkaido Soft Cream Luxury Parfait
Rich soft cream from Kita-Hiro Farm in Shintoku-cho, Tokachi, Hokkaido is gently placed atop spring fruit cocktail and finished with refreshing kiwi sauce.
Sakura Parfait (Seasonal Parfait from March 16 to May 6)
This spring-themed parfait features sakura liqueur-scented panna cotta topped with cornflakes, sakura ice cream, matcha warabi mochi, white dumplings, and tuile.
Three Types of Sweets Including Matcha and Strawberry Tiramisu
The "Matcha and Strawberry Tiramisu" debuts for the first time in this all-you-can-eat parfait event. The "Strawberry Mochi Daifuku," popular in the previous spring parfait event, returns by popular demand. Warm "Oshiruko" (sweet red bean soup) is also available.
Famous Fukuoka Sweets Shop Collaboration Parfaits Debut for Limited Time
Ishimuramanseido, a long-established Hakata confectionery shop that proposed "Marshmallow Day," which became the origin of White Day, has created special marshmallows exclusively for this event. This marshmallow parfait will be available for one month starting February 16. From January 17 to February 15, guests can enjoy a parfait featuring fresh chocolate from Hotel Patisserie ufu, a nighttime cake shop operated by Fukuoka Sunpalace in Nakasu.
Parfait Valentine (Seasonal Parfait from January 17 to February 15)
This special parfait uses fresh chocolate from Hotel Patisserie ufu, a nighttime cake shop operated by Fukuoka Sunpalace in Nakasu, layering orange, orange jelly, chocolate ice cream, and chocolate whipped cream. The deep richness of chocolate and orange aroma create this Valentine-inspired, limited-time elegant creation.
Parfait Blanc (Seasonal Parfait from February 16 to March 15)

For the parfait all-you-can-eat event, additional menu items like french fries are available for guests who want something salty between parfaits. In response to requests for "I want to eat as much savory food as I like too!" a new plan debuts featuring unlimited french fries, freshly fried chicken nuggets, and hotel-made mini curry alongside parfaits. This plan offers peace of mind even for those concerned about eating only sweet parfaits continuously.
