The Market F, the ground-floor restaurant at Grand Hyatt Fukuoka (1-2-82 Sumiyoshi, Hakata-ku, Fukuoka), is running a special themed dinner buffet from March 1 (Sunday) to April 29 (Wednesday), 2026. Titled "Concept Dinner Order Buffet – Strawberry –," it marks the first installment of a newly introduced themed format at the restaurant.
The restaurant's signature "Dinner Order Buffet" offers guests freshly prepared dishes from around 40 menu items, ordered to their preference. In 2026, to celebrate the hotel's 30th anniversary, the format is being upgraded: a new culinary theme will be introduced every two months, with seven to ten additional themed dishes added on top of the usual lineup. The first theme is strawberry.

- Strawberry fritto with Itoshima prosciutto and herb cottage cheese
- Itoshima pork and strawberry mille-feuille cutlet

- Carbonara-style risotto with Amaou strawberries and free-range egg "Akane no Toriko"

- Pistachio crème brûlée with strawberry sorbet
- Strawberry compote with coconut mousse
- "Ichigo-san" strawberry soup from Hirakawa Strawberry Farm, with Darjeeling ice cream
- Strawberry sorbet and Madagascar vanilla ice cream coupe
