Chopped chestnuts are mixed into homemade Harbor filling, gently wrapped in thin, soft castella cake, creating an exquisite combination of moist texture and marron flavor that spreads in the mouth. The individual packaging features an original design by the beloved artist Ryohei Yanagihara, who loved ships and port town Yokohama. The ship illustration depicts the passenger ship "Queen Mary 2," which made its first port call to Yokohama in March 2009.
