JR East Cross Station Development Company, which operates the ekinaka shopping and dining facilities "GranSta Tokyo" and "GranSta Marunouchi" at JR Tokyo Station, will hold its first-ever "Chilled Fruits" fair from July 21 (Tuesday) to September 7 (Monday).

Following on from last fiscal year's popular fruit fairs — the summer "Manatsu no Furutsu" (height-of-summer fruits) fair and the winter "Anko to Furutsu" (red bean and fruits) fair — this long-awaited new installment in the series has finally arrived. This time, the focus is on juicy, indulgent summer fruits such as peach, mango, and berries, brought together in a full lineup of 22 items, including 18 GranSta-exclusive products, spanning chilled glass desserts, jellies, bakery items, and drinks. Notable new arrivals include the "Chilled Berry Mont Blanc Parfait," where an elegant chestnut flavor harmonizes with berries; the "Passion Fruit and Mango Sandwich" from a fruit sandwich specialty shop run directly by a greengrocer; and the "Reward Crushed Fruit Tea," a dessert-like "drinkable drink" made generously with six kinds of fruit.
